Insight is the quarterly newsletter of the Environmental Management Training Center (EMTC) Network. Insight assists the EMTC Network in fulfilling its mission, through linking, supporting and strengthening the leading environmental training institutions and individuals in Central and Eastern Europe in order to achieve sustainable environmental training.

Insight is published and distributed free to all interested parties. It is available on the Internet at http://www.rec.org/REC/Programs/EMTC/Insight. We welcome letters and contributions about environmental training in CEE from writers and photographers. We are also pleased to receive information on environmental training organizations and events. All submissions must be accompanied by the writer's full name, address and telephone number and may be edited for length and clarity.
